Description
Hello Andrea:)
I thought of YOU in the same minute that i saw this, tree wearing this colorful ''thing'' hand-made in wool !! I know that you love to knit:) Maybe it is a sweater or a dress or trousers? It was cold, lol ! and i bow to the creativity of whom had this idea:))) I hope you like it:)))
This tree is in the garden near my home. It is very old and is under protection, like almost all in this garden, that is very old also.
Wish you the very best and a great year ahead-ana

How wonderful! Thankyou for thinking of me, Ana! I love this recent art idea of public knitting, such fun! This tree looks as if he deserves some tender care and attractive clothing.

I love it! And how wonderful that you thought of Andrea, who loves fabric and posts it in her gallery. This scene is so "Lisbon" (Lisboa), it's just so much like the photos you've shown: I love the mosaic walkway, I love the trees, love the colors and shapes of the building facades...this is a very familiar sight. It's great that people put these knitted patches on this tree. And, as in all your photos, you get really vivid colors, everything has a 'presence' in your photos. Even when you shoot a flower on your balcony. A beautiful, celebrating photo, perfect for the new year. And it's so kind of you to wish us all a fine New Year. It's great to see you here, anytime, for any reason! Thank you Ana. And a beautiful dedi to Andrea, too. (I've never seen knitting like this on trees in chicago. I love the idea. With you, I bow to the people who made this and put it on the tree...)
