Hi PhthaloBlue - I really like the idea and most of the execution behind this 'cheeky' image! :)

I say "most" because I think the whole image would be vastly better with believable balloons. They are much too flat.

The very wide specular reflections on your balloons give the impression of quite a rough surface. They need tightening up a lot, I think.

Also, there should be quite strong environment reflections towards the outside of the balloons - the 'fresnel' effect, which makes even rough surfaces highly reflective as the viewing angle approaches the surface tangent. Please check (or ask in) the forum if you'd like to know more about this. :)
