A couple of centuries ago, John Stuart Mills in his book "On Representative Government" suggested that the American way of selecting Presidents would prevent established political figures with experience and ability from becoming President. Men with established records would have a history and enemies which would lead to attacks on them and only persons from outside the political establishment not well known in Washington would become President. We see this as generally people outside the establishment become President. State governors not well known nationally, freshmen senators, retired Generals, etc. It has become especially intense in this election cycle with freshmen senators and businessmen leading the pack. These cartoons are just cartoons, they just reflect reality. I do not know how the idea that you work your way into the Presidency by years in Washington ever got established. The better known you are, the more dirt there is to throw at you, and the longer people have been digging up dirt. Clinton, state governor, Carter, peanut farmer, Reagan, state governor, Bush, state governor, Bush, senior VP might be an exception, Obama, freshman senator, Nixon was an exception, Ike, general, Jackson, general, think about it. Jail is from bjail available in Rendo freestuff. It doesn't have a readme file. It comes with a cell and handcuffs. I did spend some time texturing and setting bump maps to get a different look. I used 8 of the cells with ceiling and floors from my flats and domes pack and the cage from my four corners pack and a wall from my flats and domes pack to build the scene. All free. There are 4 spotlights lighting the hall and casting shadows and two point lights to light the characters faces. The characters are M2 and V2 from my character packs. The robot is Bud from my freestuff he comes with police, paramedic, etc. texturs and a lot of pose files. M2 is in second skin clothes from my character packs.
