this is a acrylic painting 18x24 inches the photo i for got to put in is straight out the camera. the lighting was low and I had the camera on slow speed and the photo was as is as it came out the camera.

I loooooove this painting. I love it. I don't know what possessed you to paint that wild photo, but whatever called you to paint it: Bravo! This is part dance scene, and part eye-popping abstract. I love the saturated pinks and reds and greens. I love their contrasts with your whites. I love how you slab in blacks, which give such "accents" to the piece. It feels almost like colored ice chunks, after a wind storm. And I love how the dancers emerge out of all this, like emerging out of a dream. And your brush---which is always so active, so powerful and expressive---just whooshes this painting in our faces, and leaves us breathless. Brilliant---you're one of the few artists who could take that wild photo and turn it into a blasting, eye popping festival. Terrific, Jocko. A total joy.
