Well, I said I wouldn't be able to 'comment' for a while, but I turned around and commented! I just couldn't stay away, I just had to sit with your works for a while! I'll do more in the next few days...
This is Florida, on my first camera. Right near my late father's home. (I posted a different version earlier...)
Finally, thank you to all who saw/heard my dedi to Koosievantutte (my last upload): You were all very kind, and some of his family saw your comments, and I know they appreciated them greatly.
Blessings to you all, Mark

What Marilyn said. Beautiful rich colors. I really like this.

What perfect reflections! You certainly have a natural talent for photography. You already with your first camera used perfect design elements to take the eye of the viewer into and through the photo.

Such rich saturated colors, as well as wonderful light, perspective, reflections & composition. I might have guessed a scene from the grounds of a classic French chateau, except for that palm tree on the right which is more Florida than France (though there are certainly palm trees on the French Riviera). A very different kind of feel than your usual Chicago cityscapes, both in content & style. Thanks for your comments yesterday, Mark - I always learn something from them (even about my own work!) & always appreciate them...

Perfect reflections in this beautiful capture and I love the strength of the colors they make for a very dramatic feel. I hope you are feeling a lot better with the spring weather starting to warm your part of the world now. ☺

A very colorful and gorgeous capture you have, Mark. Love the crisp beauty of this photo. That calm water and reflections are just captivating. You are a artist with the lens my friend. Hope all is well. Sorry I'm late, I'm behind on some comments, busier then a swarm of mosquitos in a nudist camp.

You're back with us! Striking contrasts and reflections in this fabulous Floridian foto, snapped some time ago with your erstwhile camera, Mark. Fine perspective depth, cloud effects, and the color blue in this one.

If I look at this, I feel myself carried along to the horizon in a wonderful 'deep' of purple-blue. I feel it incorporated me, and feel myself as protected, by the tree lined foliage of these fatherly trees. This, dear friend, is stunning, and intensely beautifully.
