I like this direction. It's more of an object than it is an illustration or even really a description. It looks to me like a new type of hand design. You're creating a plastic art object versus a stylized depiction of a hand. You've opened a new door...step through it....

I felt pretty much the way you describe it, katwoman. Like I was just looking at my hand for the first time and was totally wrapped up in it. Don't really know why it happened or whether I can see my way through the door, but I learned something doing this one.
