wow.. such intriguing.. I have three hypothesis about what it could be..1) abstract in full, 2) a ship's sail, 3) an anathomical detail which could result as offensive, therefore the title. But I am sure you have the fourth (and right) essence to tell me soon about it :) strong design anyway :)

This is very similar in style to the hand, only more active. The shape seems to be moving or (?) I'm intrigued. I like it as a design and wonder what it means. Do I need to know what it means?

I don't really think the meaning matters. It's just what prompts me to get up and do the work. Anyway I've been watching too many Dario Argento slasher movies for Halloween. A "Traumatic Insult" is just forensic terminology for a serious bodily injury.
