Description

I do not like wars and luckily never had to take part in one. I just missed Vietnam by chance. irregardless about how "leaders" engage in war at expense of men/women and their love ones, one must remember those that gave their all defending others. there are some that makes jest at those lost in battle. they are what they are and more than likely will not change

I agree with all you wrote, and I too missed Vietnam by chance. What you wrote about leaders is dead on: For them, it's power and politics; but for the soldiers, it's life and death. Beautifully written, and a beautiful shot of a simple but opulent flower, for commemoration. It stands proudly with beautiful hues, against all that green and life. Beautifully done, Richard.
