Description

Playing with soap bubbles is what this was. Captured back on 11/7/10, at a Renaissance Faire held at Felicita County Park, 742, in semi beautiful Escondido, California. Well worth a ZOOM. Note: This Faire is not to be confused with the one I attended, and posted photos from, at the Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area in semi beautiful Irwindale, California, on 4/27/14.

It's always nice to comment when Helle or Denise is before me. Your composition is keen: The adult lady's arm---who's assisting the younger lady---is in line with the tent behind her, and the two of them really do harmonize with the lines of the shot. And the railing provides a solid "ground" for all the people and tents behind them. But the human element is wonderful: The adult lady is in an almost balletic posture, as she faces one way, but cranes up to the girl while facing the other. And the girl seems aware of you, as she grabs a bubble with her mouth. And btw: See how that lady-in-blue is situated? If I stood like that, you'd have to carry me away still standing like that! My leg would be in that position permanently...Wonderful color contrasts too, and I love the light on the blue-lady's hair. Another delight from this series.
