Description

2001 - Lightwave - The return of the 'Julian' image. MetaNURBS character from a corporate demo, some of you may have seen before. In the spirit of Renderosity etiquette, the edgy look of the face was sparked off by a render of an iceman character I saw a while back, so I tried to emulated the same chiselled look by tightening up the leading eges of the face (I love bandsaw!).

Yeah, I posted it along with a couple of other when I first started my gallery. Since then I've been uploading in a rough order of age.

This is awesome. Even though the character is meant as an almost charicature, the detailing is very impressive.

Thanks again Moe. Used trusty endomorphs for the mouth opening; squint; blink; frown; lip curl (which included scrunching of the nose) and finally a bit of bulge for the jaw muscles....so it reads better when he clenches his teeth. Did pretty much the same for the aborigine.
