Description

Hi, Shuttleworth Uncovered last October, Vulcans last public show and also last flypast with another aircraft.. Another Ray Chadwick design the Avro Nineteen (Anson).. Some effort required I imagine by the Vulcan to stay in formation her as the Anson has a top whack of barely 140mph.. Timing required, and the Vulcan pulled up pretty soon into the 'sweep' here.. (insert loud noise and car alarms here! lol) Re: Independence Day etc.. Folks outside the U.K., I / we still believe in ourselves.. We/I believe this Country (not Empire - there is no such thing anymore people), can become better/ stronger and does not need unelected arseheads telling us that our bananas should be straight! (not kidding there!) If we fall, we fall on on our own trying, if we stand firm and don't believe the fear stories (which it seems are not happening now) everything will be as it was in the 70's but now.. I never got to vote on this, I hated it from the start.. All I ever heard about was free loaders filling their pockets from a big trough.. Well we now don't fill that trough.. And, I'd like to see other Countries (US / Canada etc take orders from Mexico etc.. That would a no then?) See my point.. We never have taken to being told what to do well, and it reached a peak.. So, all those who don't like it, leave.. The EU awaits you until other Countries leave.. (Holland, Italy, France and Austria all want one now). I'll stop, you all knew I wanted this more than life, and Camfoon going is a plus.. Life is good.. Rob

I hope this will be a wake-up call for the entire EU bureaucracy. We did NOT vote for them. Yet they set themselves up over their own countries people and governments. Now it's back to the drawing board to create a democratically elected union which respects the different European peoples rights (and this doesn't mean invaders from other parts of the world). A good starting point is analysis of the US Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution. Then adapt these for European needs.

Thanks for the Vulcan photo. Remember, it's only 1 day post-Brexit. The Vulcan may very well fly again! Chin up! Smile! Keep up the good work! :-)

Following matters from across the pond... here in the US, Republicans and true independents salute you... the Democrats (aka bleeding heart liberal progressive, nanny-state loving, anti-gun, & pro-political correctness, etc) ... they; are NOT either of our friends. - Correction is going to be a "bitch" for ALL of us... but the trip off the cliff into insanity has to end.

Good shot of Avro beauties. Yup, I was wondering how an Anson and Vulcan could fly formation.

I take issue with the idea that half of any population in a democratic country are enemies because they don't agree with your side of politics. A better POV would be that they are your neighbors who don't agree you. The only way to get things done is listen to the other side and find common ground. The reason is simple: Neither side is completely right or wrong. Compromise is the vital part of democracy. Name calling doesn't serve any purpose.

What an awesome shot, Rob! So cool!

So glad to see Britain told EU to take a flying leap... Sometimes I wish we would do the same with the UN...

We don't have to take orders from Mexico..... They're all HERE.... :-P

I watched as the EU grew out of the European Iron and Steel Community. The UK was allied loosely with Norway in another group until they all just could not resist trying to include the US in some sort of Atlantic alliance. The Rust Belt may have had as much to do with this as the Coal Trust. I spent my career with aluminum and nickel though criticism never ended about who's bigger.

The fact that there was no positive plan for exit just shows that the Government though the we would remain. The media is now stirring up people into thinking they were duped because the millions won't be going to the NHS immediately. Did people really think things who change overnight, this will all take time.

The Vulcan looks so cool, and Yay for Briton. Over here in the US I fear we have forever lost our way and are well on our way to becoming a 2nd rate country. I fear for my grandchildren. Lucky I will be dead before the tipping point is reached. Our politicians are corrupt as well as out media and schools.
