Description

Kasey is practicing a bit of Fae Magick before venturing out of her special place in the forest. By Fae standards she is young - only a couple hundred years or so - but she is skilled with many forms of Magick, and is skilled in teaching others. We shall see her again..... I put this together to try out some new techniques, and ideas. The newest update of Photoshop CC has an updated masking tool called select and mask that really makes masking difficult subjects like foliage and hair a lot less of a headache. I used it here to mask out the sky in the background photo, and bring the trees and water in as a separate layer. I played around with some other ideas and techniques as well. I'm working on the next page in the T.N.A. story, and hope to have it posted this weekend. I have a 3-day weekend for 4th of July (YAY!) so I hope to have a chance to take a breath, and relax! LOL I'm presently downloading DS 4.9 to my new laptop, so I'll be playing with it a bit. Lots of other things in the pipeline, so stay tuned.... The adventure is just beginning! :-D Sorry, I don't remember what outfit I used here.... I am awed by your Photoshop knowledge of which I had little to none, of course never having owned a the real Photoshop program there has never been a need other than program to compress jpg's to get rendo to take in days gone by. I like you render and FX's too.

Really nice work, blending her in with the background and effects. I'm still working in CS4 - the drawback, no upgrades, but on the plus side, life-time usage with no recurring fees. (and I still haven't mastered everything in this version.)
