Once again, very nice illustration work! You've really captured the Victorian era mood with the dark images in the background against the gorgeous fashions of the day (bit of Penny Dreadful??)

I like the moody, overcast feel of this render, as well as that touch which gives it that hand-painted look (will have to find out how you achieve that effect). The gallows in the background sure look disturbing; I'm glad there isn't anyone hanging from the noose!
