Being my second project with Amanda Green, I'm doubly excited to share the cover redress for Living with Depression & Anxiety: 26 ways to get you out of the fog, into the sunshine. I don't know about you, but I'd like to leisurely lay in a meadow while butterflies play among the flowers as a soft breeze blows my fur/hair.
Amanda Green has lived with depression and anxiety since her teens. Now in her forties, and practising as student counsellor, she would like to share all her best tips and explanations for coping in everyday life. She explains, in easy to read terms, 26 self-help techniques and ideas, to help you through your darkest times, and to help you feel better.
Life enhancing, with thorough explanations, this book could help turn your life around as Amanda has with her own.
This book challenges stigma and inferiority issues, explains talking therapies, and delves into working with depression and anxiety from the inside out, using nutrition, writing, and getting to know yourself properly. It even incorporates how to look for other support including friends, family and animals.
Find your true self today and banish the label of depression and anxiety – learn to cope and feel a part of the world again.
Be sure to follow Amanda Green online for updates about all of her books.

Has a top of the line Vue look to it! One with the field, the one tree in the center, and the sky. I could spend some peaceful time there...

Actually a book I should by, but I got way more years of dealing with it. Besides I am Bipolar of with depression is just a added extra you get for signing up....smile. I think your proportions are fine I have certainly seen butterflies that big pof course they were a different color...yellow and black if I recall. I not sure as I have not gotten out in years. Not that I can't get out just real painful.

Thanks, HC. :D
Here in Memphis, we have Jumanji bugs, lol, so maybe my proportions are dramatic for other parts of the world. I've lived here almost a decade and the size of Tennesse critters still amazes me. Even our roaches are huge. They call 'em 'waterbugs' here. The length of my middle finger and they FLY!!! My son even made friends with a huge moth (one wing was the size of my open hand, finger spread wide). She was so fascinated with him, she followed him to his bedroom then proceed to lay eggs on his wall. He documented their birth weeks later (he was in 5th grade at the time).

Serene and breathtaking nature scene. Love the lush vegetation. Just viewing this render alone would already suffice to banish bucketloads of anxiety and depression from my mind. :)
A couple minor suggestions for further improvement, though: I think the trees could perhaps have denser foliage and a couple canaries could also be added. Great work otherwise.
