A face is very evident. It looks like it was deliberately made like this, like an architectural decoration.

Like it. This piece reminds me of a man-made hill in Stuttgart, Germany. The city was bombed by the Allies in 1945...all the broken parts of the buildings from downtown were piled up and today the resulting hill is known as Rubble Hill. The surfaces of the hill are grass but with ubiquitous protruding pieces like this everywhere.
