Description
Also known as a pneumatic drill.
Captured 7/19/16 @ 8:51 am, on the street in front of my condominium complex, where they are currently ripping up the pavement in order to replace the older underground water pipes. The street is presently a huge mess. With all that activity, they must feel that our drought won't last forever and that water will eventually return to our parched area.
