You might spot me at Kirra Beach, the South-Eastern end of the Gold Coast, Australia, if you like beach walking like myself... but there is more ! My son Jeff (*jif3d*, here at Rendo, it helps to advertise, ooops)... he took this pic of me in 2000, then manipulated it in photo-shop and it's still one of my favourites. Just very briefly about my past... *born in East Prussia; *grew up in Berlin, West Germany; *migrated to "OZ" in 1960, (not the Wizard of Oz) but...AUSTRALIA ! I guess I was more into '2D' since early childhood, and thinking that my son Jeff may have inherited some of my artistic skills, because he translated them into '3D'. I am hooked on photography, since I discovered cameras... that's it in a nutshell. BTW - one of my fav.quotes.... ** I cannot give you the formula for success, but I can give you the formula for failure - which is trying to please everybody !** that's a wrap... Cheers Brigitte.

it would be hard for me to come up with three good wishes, but your last wish is perfect.
Wonderful and fun capture

This is as beautiful as it is magical. You can see a whole world in the lower left bubble. Quick on the trigger.

Very beautiful photo!!! Our world would be a better place if we paid attention to the natural beauty around us that our indifference destroys. Your idea was great and you created a wonderful piece of art! I love it! Thank you for the wishes, also. My wishes? Health, inspiration, love!

I daydream about what I would do with three wishes sometimes. I'm a bit adventurous, so I'd probably end up using one of them to become some sort of superhero. But if that happened, I'd probably spend all my time fighting the temptation to try and make society "better," according to my own ideas of how people should live, rather than respecting their rights to live their own lives. So maybe it's for the best that I haven't been offered any wishes.
Anyway, this is a nice shot.

Very lovely wishes and fantastic capture like a dream, Brigitte!

As your partner in crime and official bubble creator, my wish was that you got a capture of bubble beasties in the 30 knot winds...not an easy feat and I'm sure there was magical intervention !
As for the other two wishes...hmm, what you said ! LOL
Ace capture & ~Cheers~

An amazing and very special photo this is, dear Gitti, I just fell in love with your bubbles, as with your banana tree. It's a spectacular view, Always I am also fascinated by bubbles, and curious to where they float to go, carried by the wind. I'm also excited about your wishes, and I share the idea of self-mockery, which is a positive gift that makes life so much more enjoyable for everyone. Laughter relaxes and enlivens everything. Oh, and I'd love to be in possession of a vegetable garden. We had it for years, however, our neighbors already have such tall trees, which put our garden in the shade, so the vegetables do not grow anymore, unfortunately. Now we eat only weed, haha! Cheers, dear BB*-chen.

You have captured some fabulous reflections in these bubbles, they look so magical. Great wishes too. We could do with some sunshine at the moment as we have got snow showers with very little sunshine, though they are meant to clear soon. I guess we will be in for hard frosts for a while, still the blossom is coming out so spring is not far away. 😀

What a wonderful shot this and wishes:: they were lovely. OK, so We had a good laugh of ourselves today. We were going to a birthday party half an hour away from here. AND we couldnt find it. When we finally found it after asking severel people, we were met by 14 laughing and smiling people outside the house. My oldest son was there with his family and he asked me why on earth we didnt use the GPS I have on my smartphone :-P When we wanted to go home, he started up the GPS for us, while even more guests stood there smiling a little too much. lol! They were laughing at us, but they all looked so happy, that we could only laugh too.

I just can't figure out how I didn't comment on these. I was on RR, at the time...I must've commented on a bunch before, and then was at the end of my 'run'. (That happens to me at the end of my runs at RR. I run out of words.) Well, first of all I remember this upload, because you wished all of us good health and humor, and addressed those of us who'd been ill or tired or overworked or whatever. I appreciated the wish, greatly. And secondly, the shot---esp zoomed---is wonderful. I love the bubbles, which, here, look like glass sculptures. Like Chihuly, the glass artist. And the big "ships"---ie, the big leaves that go jutting across the frame: This is great design sense. The bubbles criss cross those swordlike leaves and make for a helluva dramatic shot. With strong highlights too. (That center leaf is like the hull of a submarine!) You know how to find a picture. You have an eye for finding one in all kinds of places. Terrific work. Oh, and I love the reflections in the bubbles too, and the hues. I hope everyone zoomed!
