Description
Yes, have a daisy, or two, or ten.
Another one of the several tortured variations I created of these poor pretty flowers, the original captured sometime in 2006.
ZOOM worthy.

This is my first time back in a long time, and I'm going back a ways (time-wise) so I can comment on older as well as recent works. This daisy series has been wonderful, Harry---I've seen everything you've posted, throughout my entire absence. In addition to the long series of daisy 'squares', here, you have fine contrasts of whites, yellows, earthen rust-reds, and blacks (with some greens thrown in---ie, the leaves). And you got a texture on the daisies that's a bit like carved stone. It has a real 3D feel. (3D in the original sense, not in the 3D-software sense.) And your angle is endless and beautiful. A fine variation. You could string these daisy variations together into a Warhol-like series---it would demand several series, as you've done many of these---and you'd have a true theme-and-variation display. This is a real beauty.
