To me this seems a putdown of the validity of a utopian goal. But I'm sure I'm missing the point somewhere....

A wonderful portrait but sitting there I would always have the feeling someone was watching me.

I am also impressed and applaud your countries initiative to advertise ART this way ! It has quite a memorable and strong effect on me... especially, the way you present it Nikolay. 👁

the only 'art' we can sometimes observe is, when somebody (usually young nerds) tag the bus-shelters with marker-pens, even some graffiti would be better.

Malevich is smiling...and you know, if you didn't tell us this was done by the city (or artists in the city), I'd have thought it was one of your montages, because it has the kind of clarity and yet mystery that you do so brilliantly. Love the design, and your sepia tones work perfectly with your deep saturated blacks. Perfect crop too. Oddly, the men in the poster/painting look like they're wearing heavy collars---the collars look a little constricting, almost imprisoning. But with supremism, shape and form was everything, so those shapes are probably just part of the aesthetic. Your reflections are wonderful, and you did a kind of grainy postwork which took this juuuuust a bit into pure fantasy. Terrific work, Nikolay, and a tribute to that strange and brilliant style of the early 20th C.
