Description
Hello Rendosians !
I hope that you are all well. I had some busy days and I hope that everything will calm down soon :-)
Fortunately, we still have some beautiful and sunny days here in France. I wish that this weather could last forever :-)
So I have a picture from my vacation in Paris for you, my friends. It is a portrait of an artist taken not far from Sacré Coeur, at Place du Tertre.
This place is famous for the painters who use to come there.
To my husband's mind, the spirit of this place has change a lot : there is a lot of tourists and the storekeepers have installed some café terraces
I hope you'll like this portrait !
Have a great Sunday
Virginie

Delightful capture of an old custom, which I'm happy to see is not dying away

Great capture Virginie! On my 1978 trip I watched young artists paint pictures for tourists along the Seine, opposite Ile de la Cite! Many of the walk-in bars/restaurants that served laborers remind me of Berlin in the 1050s

Impressive and beautiful capture of the painter and its interesting work! Tourists always are changing thinks and and the particulare nature of places dies 😮
