The show season for the girls is coming to an end. We have just 2 more shows in November & December. So they will have a long rest until March next year when they will be entered at Crufts. I have been so proud of Truly this year, she has been so good & had some lovely wins. She hasn't been entered in a lot of show but what she has, she has done well. The judge usually writes a critique on what she thinks of the dogs, I thought I would show you some of Truly's. Thankfully all have been super. CRUFTS. 2.Mr.D A& Mrs B M Butler-Ichbin Jaunty of Jendellas Lovely feminine bitch with much to like about her. Lovely head with soft expression, good well boned front -good strong muscular neck .good shoulders, correct length of back ,good strong hindquarters .Just preferred movement of winner but moved soundly Bath Ch show. 2 Butler's Ichbin Jaunty ofJendella's, another quality bitch just lacking the coat & finish of 1. Prettily proportioned head with lovely dark eyes, balanced angulation with good shoulder placement & enough forechest. Firm topline, correct tail set, sound & positive mover. RBB; Border Union LB (3) 1Butler’s Ichbin Jaunty of Jendellas, 3 year old with a kind expression, broad skull & strong jaw, strong slightly arched neck running into well laid shoulders. Strong pasterns, topline slopes towards croup & a good depth of brisket with a good tuck up. Moved out on a long free stride. Birmingham City 2 Butler’s Ichbin Jaunty of Jendelia’s, another excellent bitch of 3 years, slightly smaller frame, most pleasing feminine head, very nice overall balance, with well made front & rearquarters, well made through the body, moving soundly on well boned legs, feet could be tighter, in pleasing coat. I agree with the judge re her feet, I always think this. Driffield. 2 Butler’s Ichbin Jaunty of Jendella’s, typical bitch who on the day could have been more positive on the move, set up she is so balanced with a feminine head & expression, good neck & shoulders, good topline & tailset, well boned legs & feet, in excellent coat & condition. LB (2) 1 Butler’s Ichbin Jaunty of Jendella’s, I really liked this bitch, appreciated her size & depth,being critical I would like a little more angulation to the fore & rear, sadly not in her best dress which stopped her being considered for higher honours. LMC OCT show. Limit Bitch. (3,) 1st Butler’s Ichbin Jaunty Of Jendella’s. At nearly four years old this substantial bitch has an outline which epitomises breed type. So feminine and biddable she has an excellent shape to her skull with correct dentition. Strong bone and well muscled over loin. Well balanced throughout. She excels in movement, with positive straight drive. Paignton. LB (3,1) 1 Butler’s Ichbin Jaunty of Jendella’s, pleasing head,eye & expression, nice front, good neck & shoulder, nice forechest & length of ribs, strong topline, good turn of stifle, moved well in good body & coat; WELKS. 2 Butler’s Ichbin Jaunty of Jendella’s, 3 year old girl, lovely bitch of good type, liked her feminine head with soft dark eye & kind expression, good neck leading to correct front construction, shoulders pleased, body deep with well sprung ribs, firm in back, muscular in rearquarters, pleasing bone throughout, tight feet, moved & showed well, presented in good order & condition; (Funny how this judge said tight feet) So all in all nice write-ups for Truly.
