Description
Jasmine attended 4 shows this year, bless her. Funny how the judges all seem to say what I have been saying, she is carrying a bit of weight. All were complimentary though.
LEEDS.
2 Butler’s Gorsebank Baroness Jasmine of Jedella’s, a very
well constructed veteran, 9 years 3 months of age, head elongated &
very attractive expression, dark eyes, super length to black ear tips,
neck strong & well muscled still but overall beginning to slightly thicken
in the body & carrying a tad extra weight for me which affected her
topline. Impressive for overall construction ratios & breed balance,
lovely width & firmness of front, excellent strong bone still running down
through pasterns to closely formed feet, forelegs very well feathered.
Beautifully presented coat, dense & well textured, correct hindquarter
angulation with nothing overdone but not quite the strength in the
quarters of the younger winner.
NATIONAL GUNDOG.
VB 3 (1) Butlers Gorsebank Baroness Jasmine of Jendellas JW. This bitch belies
her 9 years. I gave her Rcc back when she was a junior and in the challenge pulled
out the stops to be awarded it again. Her runner knew how to make her move out
to get the best out of her. My original breeding came from this breeding. Pretty
head, lovely dark eyes. Good arched neck and shoulders leading to a deep chest,
topline held on the move and standing . The oldies pulled out the stops today,
proves you should not give up on this breed. RBCC
DRIFFIELD.
Good Citizens B (1) Butler’s Gorsebank Baroness Jasmine of Jendella’s, grand old girl of 9, not showing her age at all, in lovely coat & condition, such a pretty head & expression, moved well despite her slight matronly middle! She has a good neck & shoulders with a good depth of chest.
LMC SHOW.
2nd Butler’s Gorsebank Baroness Jasmine Of Jendella’s JW. Nine
year old lady of some distinction. Kind attitude and so wanting to please her handler.
Substantial in bone and muscle. She is somewhat overweight which affected her
movement – but then again perhaps she’s entitled!
I have been so proud of the girls this year. But their places are just a bonus for me. Showing is just one day ever so often of their year. I always make showing fun for them, they are never left on benches, they always walk round the show with me unless it is raining hard. They enjoy going shopping round the stalls & spending their pocket money. They don't ask me to take them to shows so I make their day as enjoyable as possible.
Thanks for all the lovely comments & favs, so, so appreciated. xxx
