Hello !
My name is Helle. I live in Denmark on the Island, Zealand. I have a husband and two sons and three grandchildren, so I am a happy person.
I like many kinds of art and I try to limit myself, but I dont succeed very well. I love my PSP9 and I think I use it every day. I like to draw, paint and experiment on canvas or paper and I wish I had time do it every day. My biggest wish is, that there would be 48 hours instead of the poor 24 a day. I just dont think it will ever happen ;)
A fantastic new world opened for me, when I was Introduced to Renderosity for the first time. I am very grateful to be a part if this site.

Oh wow, they are popping out so great, Helle! I like their warm look, and I'm just in love with all the shades that you have made here. Fantastic, my friend (and take it easy, huh ;-))

I like the contrast of gold and blue. The blues remind me of cornflower colors, but of course a different shape. Thanks for sharing.

I echo the comments above, Helle, plus I like the watercolor effect. In fact, it almost looks like the flowers are under water.

I've seen the varied versions of this, and yes they change with the light-source. But the contrasts and relationships of one hue to the other stays. I love how you broke the flowers into different strokes and shapes. The deep blues surrounded by those paler blues are wonderful contrasts. The gold-yellows are wonderful contrasts with the blues. (You use this contrast in other pieces too.) The circles all over---as if echoing the centers of the flowers---are one of your ways of creating harmony throughout a painting. And the 'ground', the background to the painting, is wonderfully varied too, with lots of splotches and strokes. Very vital, complex piece, even though it's 'just' some flowers and shapes. This particular upload looks like a closeup. I love this.
