Very lovely colors this bark has. Well seen and captured, Harry :)

Looks like eucalyptus to me. What a beautiful pattern you've captured, as well as that rich range of colours. Great photo!

A very active photo, and a beautiful capture of the patterns and interactions of the complex 'skin' of this Eucalyptus tree (or whatever it may be). Really complex patterns. And your tight crop brings us right into the bark, where it's a patchwork and tapestry of different hues, textures, etc. A really fine capture of a beautiful tree. Like an aerial map of a vast landscape...beautiful.
Harry, I'm at over 45 minutes in your gallery, now, and I have to do chores, go to the bank, etc. But I'll be back again soon. I wish you a fine and discomfort-free Friday night. I see LA is still in the 80s. Man, that's hot for November. (At least where I live.) I hope it's comfortable as well...take care!
