Description

Captured 6/5/16 @ 11:08 am, at the beautiful Huntington Beach Concours d'Elegance, held on the vast grounds of the beautiful Huntington Beach Central Park in beautiful Huntington Beach, California. And not to be confused with the red 1972 Ferrari previously posted. The Ferrari 308 GTB berlinetta and targa topped 308 GTS are V8 mid-engined, 2-seater sports cars manufactured by the Italian company Ferrari from 1975 to 1985. The 308 replaced the Dino 246 GT and GTS in 1975 and was updated as the 328 in 1985. The similar 208 GTB and GTS were equipped with a smaller initially naturally aspirated, later turbocharged 2-litre engine, and sold mostly in Italy. Source: Wikipedia free encyclopedia. Beautiful photos of the Ferrari 308. It's really hard to take a bad picture of probably the most beautiful sports cars ever produced. ( My Opinion Anyway ) I was once fortunate to drive a Ferrari 308 around town. From the outside looking in it's a spectacular automobile. This automobile though plush inside, the ergonomics were horrible. Reaching many accessories were very difficult to access. Because this is an actual race car its best ride for steering and handling are much better at high speeds. While driving around town it was like driving a truck. Steering was tight and heavy and wasn't as much fun looking out from within. Fantastic pictures though !

An ageless design. Didn't Magnum, P.I. (Tom Selleck) drive one of these in a TV show set in Hawaii some years ago? Great display of your photos Harry.
