Description

Just dropping by to let you all know I haven't left the planet. As a matter of fact, things are indeed going 'Just Ducky!' I am about 95% of the way through getting the new computer configured and set up as close as possible to the way the old one was. With the exception of the constant lock-ups and other such annoyances, of course. Once everything is complete, I'll be back to posting and commenting on a regular basis. And of course I'll be shifting into high gear with Chapter 6 and a few other T.N.A. related fun things. I am now at the beginning of a two-week break from work - which I badly need.... I really, really, really had to exercise every ounce of will power to keep from going Kylo Ren on one person this week! Anyway, I should be able to make some real after a weekend of relaxing. We're not taking any long trips this year, but we'll probably do a day trip or two. The fall colors here are starting to kick in, and this is prime time for some photography and drone flying. Anyway, this is a photo I took on our last trip to South Dakota As always, thank you all so much for your visits, support and friendship over the years! It means the world. See you all soon!

Firstly, congrats on your time off. I know the feeling sometimes. It's really interesting when you can see a duck's feet beneath the water propelling the rest of the body. It looks so artful.

Nice shot, But I think the ducks don't want to be photographed since they're swimming away... I hope you get your new computer fully working and get back to the story... I for one can't wait to see what happens next. have a good time on your time off and see that you get some rest cause the girls will be coming to get you.... it seems that they, for some reason, can't seem stand by and watch one take it easy...

So have a good one!!

Great capture, Rod! I know what you mean about needing time off before, in my case, going Riddick on someone who desperately needed it! Enjoy your time off, my friend

Happy that you're still with us bro, sorry I'm late. A peaceful capture with the two quackers, Rod. So wish I had a two week break from work. My boss is always nit picking at everything I do. All is pointless and uncalled for, but I'm his employee to vent his own frustrations on. And I almost told him a few times in the last week to as Trump said "Go Fu*%k yourself. I won't be there much longer, he so wants me to fire me or force me to leave. Hope that we will see that T.N.A. soon.

yep better take a break than getting involved in something "irrepairable" - i for sure know when i would still be working i'd end up in jail (for shooting one of the braindead mofos around me) or in balla-balla-coockoos nest land.keep it up bro.

"Quack! Quack" from the quack-dr. Now that I got that out of my system, glad to hear things are going in the right direction - time off from work, time to get things together, some relaxation. I hope to get my old computer fixed this week. Than I can be back on line without sneaking a peek now and then at work. Looking forward to your next posts! Keep up the good work! :-)
