Description
It's been a while, since the last post - and when life throws you a curve-ball, or more - you deal with it and that's what I've been doing... and thanks goes to my son Jeff, for the encouragement 'to get hopping again', here at Rendo (us OZZIE'S will always shorten names) - LOL, but I'm OK ! maybe a bad time manager or just a procrastinator, or to put it simply: just a dreamer and I say: 'WAY TO GO' !

This is a collaboration, from Jeff and moi... and how appropriate in this time of 'Angst' and who is going to win 'that' U.S. election ? and who gives a toss ? it's all a bit of a grand joke, but I tell you what, this guy, let's call him 'Winston', he could have give them all a run for their money. If he is a re-incarnation, in the Hindu sense, then I wouldn't like to be a fly or a mosquito - he will find and gobble you up in no time ! ... my interpretation of politics, and like our ATO ! (Australian Tax Office). So, let's have cigar... Cuban, of course ;)

Love the Churchill takeoff, and that cigar says "Free Cuba". I'll by that too. (Obama at last lifted the age old embargo from the U.S.) I can't tell if this sculpture came like this, or you manipulated the photo, or what---but I wouldn't put it beyond you to create this image, with your sense of creativity and humor. It's wonderful, however it was done. And you did a fine job on the light, the shadow on the frog, the sheen on the ceramic, and the smoke. (Love that smoke.) I like what he's resting on too---like he's on a sandy beach. Well, it may not be 'politic' to give away one's political feelings in a gallery, but I'm gonna say it: I can't stand Trump; Clinton has done many bad things, but she's at least got qualifications and progressive thinking, and a heart. (I was a Sanders supporter, which I know puts me off of the planet, to some people.) But Trump, Omg. There are many find conservative viewpoints, but trump is about trump, not conservative or liberal or anything else. He's a disaster. And the world should be very concerned if he gets elected. So I hope this frog is staring trump in the eye and telling him to get lost. I don't mind criticisms of clinton (though I am voting for her), but trump doesn't belong in the conversation. So I said it, I gave away my loyalties. If all of you, outside the States, are not enjoying our election, at least be happy you're not here: It's unbearable here, these days...
