Description
Another scanned photo that I took back in the late 1960's. This one is of another college friend. He was a couple of years ahead of me at school & post-college, we ended up as housemates for a while, living in an old house in Staten Island (New York). We shared a mutual interest in photography & set up a darkroom together in a very large bathroom in that house. It was during that time that I met my future wife & was married. When we moved to California, this friend & his girlfriend moved out there too & stayed with us for a short while. We had a falling out (I really don't even remember what it was about) & we haven't seen or heard from each other in over 40 years. I've tried to look him up, but he has a very common name & I haven't had any luck...

A wonderful period shot! The golden age of darkroom work is a fond memory for me too! My stuff is still in the garage, I never got around to throwing it out.
