Just trying out stonemasons new winter castle along with Winter Fantasy for Genesis 3 wich is free at the moment for pc members.I was not so happy with adding a light to the lamp as I couldnt seem to make it work created point light changed its colour to a more yellow light moveed point light to centre of lamp and ...............nothing not a spark no light at all cranked up its brightnesss to 200 still nothing!Clearly not as simple as in vue where that procedure works perfectly , so after about an hour of messing around gave up and added a light to the lamp in photoshop in about 10 seconds. Thanks for stopping by to take a look, and if any one knows why my light wouldnt work in Daz studio Id be grateful if you could share this mystical knowledge with me.

Both the light and the wolf make this render stand out. Congratulations.

Very cool scene, Dave. I don't like to use special effects very much but I think if you put a small sphere in the lamp and make it a light emitter (IRAY materials) and just turn it up for intensity it just might be what you are looking for. Love the wolf.

I'm currently in the country of Gabon, very far from winter and DazStudio : I can't check what I'm saying.

I have this same problem in Poser with specific lighting. Adding it in PSP always works perfectly! LOL This still came out beautifully!

A most impressive fantasy scene... Love it.... 5++++

Great image. I would decrease a bit more the kelvin of the light, so that it is warmer. This would increase the cold-warm-contrast of the image
