Description

Another participant involved in the parade, this time a long drink of water, helps celebrate the 50th birthday anniversary of my city, captured way back in August of 2007. And I don't know what the scissors are for. For some odd reason, there were more people and accessories marching in the event than there were viewers on the sidelines.

yeah, I don't know what the scissors are for either---not what I'd expect to see in Uncle Sam's hands. Your crop brings out his height, and the pole to his side emphasizes it all the more. I like the kid there---he's got red just like the walker. A fine juxtaposition of the 'old' (Uncle Sam) with the new (the kid). Good crop too.
