Cool pics. and strong knots !

Brings back many memories, learning knots in Girl Guides in the early 60's.

Then along came macramé which was a cool hobby for hanging flower pots.

I still use the reef knot regularly to tie garbage bags.

They're both postworked, right? The flickr one has a great dark background, with metallic textures and colonies. This has a dayglo background---and the bowline itself is hot pinks and blues. This jumps off the page! 2 fine treatments of this beautiful closeup.
