I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

Love how the villain is piggish....

Great way to start the new chapter! With intrigue and innuendos and of course, a sneer from the villain de jour aka Snowzem! (cue evil organ music?) great use of darkness for this opening scene and of course the illiterate thug who can only see past his broken button of a nose for the next shiny dollar. Can't think of a better way to get the crowd booing and hissing already, champing at the bit for the heroines to bust in at the last moment and hear him snarl that the plan would have worked if it weren't for those pesky kids...
Fabulous work, Rod!!!

A stellar job and totally kick azz start to chapter 6 my friend. Each segment is so detailed with your ideas and props. A huge chapter is going to be cool, means lots of your hard work and more look at the gals. Also will keep Poser Gurlz mag happy with the new series. Lighting is stellar. I don't have the talent or patience that you do, Rod. Very happy to be one of the first to see this. Story is already interesting. These guys are up to no good, like Trump. But at least this is fun and enjoyable. 1000☆,s

Awesome page!!!! and who is this redhead, anyone I know?... because if it is... he'd best look out, she's not one to take lightly... she has a habit of getting you in the end, and usually in a bad way. man this is cool, I can't wait to see more and find out what he intends to use those cyborgs for... I'm on the edge of my seat... literally!
Great work on this! can't wait for more, have a good one!
RodS
LOL... No spoilers, but I can say you know better than most that she has a way of payback that isn't soon forgotten... And this one will be epic...

Snowzem, The Most Interesting Slimebag in the World, finally shows up.
"Yeah, the Professor missed a chance to hook up with you, all right. All the better for us. HER lack of vision? How about she blinds YOU with her own special kind of science, smarta$$? The kind that goes KABOOM?"
It was when poor Ranpha recounted her dealings with Schmuckzem I started following TNA regularly. I can't wait to see how the search for the Jar unfolds and how they deal with these 'borgs. I might need their help in dealing with the Paklet before too long.

I'll check out the complete website (I think I had it before, but lost a lot of stuff after a computer corruption last year). Thank you for providing it. With this upload, I'm skipping all over the place, but I can't bypass a new installment.
First, this is one of the visually darkest installments I've seen from you. You delved into darks and very intense greens and blues. A real change, and it's perfect for the sinister feeling of the scene. And I assume "Snowzem" is a takeoff on Snowden? (Stop me if I sound like, "you just figured that out, Mark???") Anyway, I love the wheels of lights, and the striated patterns on the screens, and the hologram-like screens, and gears, and dark tables, and that robot dude under the arced lights. An MRI? (He's decorated like an old Oceanic ceremonial mask!) Even the etched map is a cool contrast---a glyph among the neon lights of this Frankenstein's lab. And, in the last frame? It's all darkness, but for the shady characters and a snippet of map. You caught the feel of the tale in your visuals: The place is positively sinister.
(You even did the initial titles in that luminous green. Color coordination...)
As for the tale: You're preparing us for a sinister plot, and ending in a bond between them---with a little dig thrown in, "She paid for her lack of vision...And will continue to pay..." I almost expect to see a wiry mustache on Snowzem, a top hat and a devilish laugh. Wonderfully done once more, with real coordination between story and design. Even the men are dressed in the right colors: Blacks and grays. You really know what you're doing with this stuff, Rod.

Wow! Cooooool lighting work,RodS-san!

Geez, that guy looks like he could have walked straight outta my old high school lol. And yeah, the other one looks like Snowden :P
That's the first time I've ever seen one of Oskarssons morphs in a render. Seriously wierd! I like it!
I'm wondering if I shouldn't serialize my stuff in a blog. I just did a word count...it's over 5000 so far.

Wow, Rod, this is super cool and the detailed lighting is incredible!

Wow, Rod! Exceptional work! Edmund Snowzem. LOL! Oh my God well done! Absolutely awesome work with him! Great, great stuff, buddy. Very impressive and effective lighting to get the most out of these props too. Love how the Cybertenko stuff looks in this light. Thrilled to be along for the ride, my friend!!!!

The first time Bill and I were in the Lair, you were working on the first frame of the second page. G4 was wearing a super-cool flared burgundy jacket. How long have I known you, anyway???

Yeah Rod! I've been patiently waiting and am not disappointed. Great opening at the villains' lair. This Pigg guy is really intriguing and I'm anxious to see these cyborgs in action. Excellent work on the panels. The lighting really sets a villainous dark mood. Excellent work.
KatesFriend
Well I'm strapped in. You know you've got a baddy (or an anti-hero) when they talk about other people's "lack of vision".

Fabulous job! Good to get back to the story.
