Description

Taken outside a house in historic Jacksonville a couple of days ago. I very rarely use frames around my photos, but this one seemed to be crying out for one... Please zoom.

The frame works perfectly with this ancient buggy and your postwork is perfect to give the correct mood. Very good image Claude. Well done.

With your eye, you can add whatever frames or effects you want. I've never seen anything 'superfluous' in your gallery. The mass of the buggy seat is in perfect balance with the thinness of its wheels, chassis, and the spindly branches around it. The leaves add to the horizontal lines of the work, while the branches and windows add to the vertical. The frame just picks up the black of the carriage, and it becomes a design part of the whole. Splendid work, with a definite 'period' feel to it...
