shows how patterns in nature can be found anywhere, using a knot in a tree for a human eye. You remained loyal to the patterns and hues of the tree as you crafted the iris. With dabs of purple and red too (in the eye), and a stark white. And even shadow in the top, and veins across the iris. The rest looks like a closeup of an elephant's eye. Very naturally done. Honestly, for a moment I thought you'd actually found this in nature. If it wasn't for the stark white, it could happen. A very organic transformation.
