I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

You get thunderstorms in February??? Man, it's still winter! Tell mother nature...double-you-eye-en-tee-eeh-arh...WINTER! On that note I can't wait for May, that's usually when we get our first one. Very nice grab by the way! Usually when people take photo's of lightning, it's either luck, or they're snapping off a ton of shots. Mine is way too slow for that.
Glad to hear you're starting to feel better. And I wasn't worried about G4, the gal is resourceful.

Well, I did what you suggested - and Mother Nature spelled back: Gee-ell-oh-bee-eee-ell - doubleyou-ayy-arr-emm-eye-enn-gee...
I told her "Nah, that's a hoax..." Damn near got hit with another bolt of lighting....

Kewl! I can see this for a horror movie by one of the greats. Has a great atmo and story like scene. Most well taken capture, Rod. Glad your feeling better, when I get sickly it's harder as you get older. Sick as a dog you said, my name is eekdog so I really am dog sick. He, he. Thanks for sharing and best wishes for your op. I will just go with bad dream for G4 and vampire thingy.

Thank goodness it was a 24 hour deal with the germs! Now to stock up on energy so you can get through that operation in good health! As for the photo, I suspect a lot of people do the same video thing with cut frame and paste in Photoshop. I did this with New Year's fire works a good many years ago. Used both my little Fuji digital camera and a Panasonic compact video camera. Any way is OK as long as it works out nice. I didn't know you had neighbors this close! From your drone photos I thought you were well out in the country side! Glad you're better! Keep up the good work! :-) And OF COURSE I understood G4 was having FUN (at some fans expense!)

Dispite the awful weather (beautiful actually), you seem to have a cozy neighborhood. I will try this way some day, to get a shot of things I normally cant catch on a photo. Thanks for sharing :)

When I see or hear the lightning I get my laptop off the AC ASAP! Great lightning grab, Rod. February has been pure WTF weather wise. No wonder you and others are coming down with the icky. Who knows what March has in store.
As for G4, better for her to be a vampire than a zombie IMHO. I don't know if that Funny Flu has been contained to Bristol. I'd ask Dr. Crowley, but she's on the lam.

Oh wow, Rod! Extremely cool capture! We had a a heck of storm here in Northeast PA on Saturday, downpours, hail, high winds. Yup. Wacky February everywhere.
Wes made laugh. Rod, if you have the Funny Flu we're gonna' have to send some Morphs out there to contain you. LOL. Glad you feel better.

Well, as long as you don't send that red-haired clown dude.... Agent Nancy would do in a pinch..LOL I could use some morphs in a certain area, but I won't go there.... This is a family show....

lol, Tara. You don't want to be consumed by lightning, sir! And yeah, with some of your fans, I thought: February? We had some major warming too, but no thunderstorms. The midwest's a gas, ain't it? Late day light, lightning mimicking the branches, the houses sitting quaintly below while all hell breaks out above. And those purples. Love the shot. And I never thought about using video to get rid of the terrible challenge of getting these moments in still work. Great upload. And something only a Midwesterner would understand.
