Dusk in Danish means Tuft or Tassel, so it always confuses me to see the word used in English, untill I see the picture. :) Perhaps Ralph is enjoying the peace. Looks cozy inside :)

A title with more than one meaning. Ralph is the last of the four I met when I first started following your gallery. Knowing that gives this image more poignancy. Some thing never change though. That sunset is beautiful.

I'm skipping only so I can get an array of images...(I skipped over two frogs doing it from behind...no shame! Kids!!!) Hettie, Buster and Sadie? I remember Buster, but the other two---maybe I came to your gallery just after. Anyway, because of the darkness, Ralph actually looks like an apparition staring into a home he knew in a previous life...Haunting shot, and the light in your place is beautiful---I didn't know you had that high-celilinged room with those high windows. It's a beautiful place. Love the light. And the other view is a beautiful sunset.
