Continuing the parade celebrating the 50th birthday anniversary of my city, captured way back in August of 2007.

3 people whooped it up for your gray horse, and with good reason: Not only did you capture the complexity of its coat, but you captured its magnificent horse-like pose, something out of great statuary. It looks mythic. The whole grouping is broad and open---lots of space between some of the horses---and you got the dignity of these traditional costumed riders. So striking to see this against the clean modern lines of the buildings to their right! A real parade shot, with beautiful work on the horses and riders.
