We only kept this anonymous downtown building so that The Agency could contact us via conventional means should they
desire to do so. Or choose to surrender in person.
So how did these humans know where to seek us out?
The True Enemy obviously recognized an advantage here, even if it only served as a distraction to us.
Simple psychological warfare.
One bullet doesn't cause widespread damage.
The desired ensuing chaos is the trigger for the trigger.

Very well done image. But it gives me the creeps! It's SO close to what is happening more and more in the world today. I don't know if this series is a social commentary on the world today, but it feels very close to it. So, please do keep up the good work. I am quite curious where you are leading this. :-)

This reminds me a lot of when I worked for a certain computer company (think cows...). All of a sudden everyone in a 4-county area had my phone number, and would call me with their computer problems. Usually right at suppertime. I never could figure out who was passing my number out. Now I know. It was The Agency, blast 'em! I think they need a visit from the Girls...
