Shoot, now I got a craving for that limited time grand mac at McDonald's. However by the way was the original big Mac size before they downsized through the years. Wonder if she got med's from Co, the medical pot prescription? Does help chemo patients alot for appetite, glad she doing better, truely a killer job, James. They should have ordered that Swiner's pizza like Zlata did.
