Description
I don't keep track of birthdays, very rarely post a birthday dedication & don't like a fuss made about my own birthday (maybe I'm the Grinch Who Stole Birthdays?), but occasionally I'll give in. Thank you, Mark, for all your passion, compassion, generosity & insight. I hope this finds you in good spirits & health & I wish you a happy birthday & the best of times in the year ahead!

A wonderful shot to soften the "grinchy" side with and no better person to give in for....Happy Birthday, Mark.

Thank you so much for this, Claude. Thank you for doing this when I know birthdays aren't that big a matter for you (your birthday included!). This is beautiful. When I saw the title (in the ebot), I was expecting an Edward Weston type of shot (his famous pepper and veggie blacks and whites): But instead I got this big toothed, seeded fertile garden, with the sensual insides---like a lava spill---surrounding a collection of tooth-like sensual seeds. I've never seen them this way. It's beautiful, and the black background is perfect.
Thank you, Claude; and thank you for your beautiful words and your wish: I'm very touched. I appreciate the way you appreciate people and all of life itself, and I'm very grateful to be considered among it all. Thank you for this very special gift and your very special words; and the cornucopia in your image, like its offering up its treasures...a beautiful upload from one of my favorite artists; thank you so much.

What a revelation! I cut up peppers all the time, but I have a system that keeps the seeds together and out of my way, so I never actually LOOK at a pepper this way. This is glorious!

We love eating red Capsicum raw or cooked,(BTW - that's what we call them) and this one looks absolutely fresh and juicy, just thinking of all those seeds, growing new ones, what a big harvest that would make ? not only that, but nicely cropped and what a very attractive image this makes - very luscious... YUM !

Makes me think of the inside of a stomach after ingesting a lot of seeds. The folds are just right, and so also the color. So now you have something new and unusual to associate the color and shape with. Really nice photo. Keep up the good work! :-)
