I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

Great renders, sets, and scenes, my friend, with a super fun twist at the end! Beautiful colors and pop.
That's really interesting on the Patreon. About a month or two ago, I went head over heels for a chick drummer on YouTube. She has a huge following. An extraordinary talent. But anyway, as timing would have it, she recently set up a Patreon. She has 144 patrons in about two weeks.
Maybe you'll find this interesting too .... She has it set up on a "per thing" basis. In other words, let's say you pledge $10 per song upload. She gets ten bucks from you every time she uploads a new song. Or drum cover. She got famous uploading drum covers. Then there are levels of patronage. I think that's smart. Anywhere from $1 up to $100. And with each higher level her patrons get added benefits. Live streams with her. Access to previously unreleased content. Different perks. Stuff like that. I have yet to create an account so I haven't become a Patron. But it has been fun following her progress.

Ahhh.... I think I know of the drummer you mentioned - can't remember her name right now, but she is hot!
I'll probably start with a monthly-based program. I'll be planning on putting a lot of stuff there with 3 or 4 tiers to start with. Full-size images @ 300DPI and so on. Maybe even some tutorials and full PSD files for the upper tiers. I'm still working on the details. I'm pretty excited about it..

Speaking of hawt! You do the gals so marvelously on them all, but must say Ranpha always seems to look the best in your T.N.A. series. You do perfect expressions and poses. Love that robot they are working on. As always Rod, super high tech professional work on these. Still lost for the right idea for a mini series with TnT. And the last segment with Dan has me LMAOL. And forgot to mention lighting and rendering. Wow! And have heard about that drummer, never looked for her but I think she was on the news several months back. Will be waiting for next page.
And didn't you say you were retiring in Sept? If so coming quick. Ya missed my Time in a Bottle. Enjoy the new week coming up bro. Glad you enjoyed Tina with her new bike and the new T.N.A. sign in front of the Co offices. I'll post it here Monday maybe.

Ha! this is GREAT!!!!!!!!....
man I laughed so hard when I just opened this! I hadn't even started reading it when I glanced at the last two images and started laughing.... I didn't even have to read to know what had just happened... Man this has to be one of your best works on the series... I see it looks like Trish managed to get that arm back on that bot! its a good thing nothing else was shot off!... oops... Oh well now to see what they can get out of this thing... oh I can't wait to see what!!!.. 2000 stars!!!
I hope you had a good weekend, we'll be out of NK very soon...
GrandmaT
Well, that's one way to keep him out of trouble. Excellent work! Hope the surgeries are uneventful.
Faemike55
Fabulous work on this page, Rod! I like how Ranpha solved Dan's problem and her idea of keeping him out of harm's (and everyone else's) way! Keep up the great work
calico_jester
This leaves a lasting impression, and the varied levels are fun too
T.Rex
HAAAAA! HAAA! MAn, this got me laughing. Particularly the last frame! I just wonder for how long, before he gets into other trouble! Sheesh! And the gals are looking great, particularly Ranpha. in frame 1 - cute, smart, stylish, may I also say sexy? What's this Patreon stuff? Will I have to pay up for the rest of the TNA future history? I thought Patreon was an extortionist club on the Internet black (and blue) market. How does this all add up? I feel like Dan i the last frame - "Help!" Keep up the good work! :-)
RodS
Nope. The T.N.A. series has always been, and will remain free for your enjoyment, both here at Rendo and at my website. As will my other art. All will be explained soon.

I could use some motivation to find a better paying job: supporting you on Patreon sounds like a good reason!
And Ranpha see to look hotter and hotter every time. She, G4, and Wen have one heck of a makeup team! ;)

LOL ! People do need to be saved from themselves :) ! I admire your work ! Wonder how long does it take to do the panels and the dialogues ! Splendid series. Will be going through your galleries as finally I have found time to start looking and commenting.

(I've just caught up with everything, and I hope that reading me that long didn't send you into a relapse! Anyway, couldn't end better than with another installment of your ongoing graphic story/novel, etc)
Love the ending of this, and the sly humor. As always, each frame is beautifully constructed. And your usual way with costume and hue is first rate, and your way of bringing out both the character as well as the curvy shapes of each character. Love the deep glowing purples and blues here, and the more casual, military look of the outfits of the women with the robot. As always, you use computers and other objects to help frame your characters (1st panel is a perfect example), and you use space so well too. I love the green luminous floor too, and how the light catches these women's great curves and brings out all kinds of hues in their fabrics. And the details on that wild robot. Your last frame has a great snippet of that man tied up and surrounded by a dark screen-filled room. Like a lab or a warehouse or watch-station for guards. (He's in an 'incidental' place.) And again, you take us in by introducing the scene, then you give us the scene where we see the robot and all the stuff about how he was and wasn't treated. And you end with someplace else, preparing us for the next installment. Real eye treats, Rod. And thanks, as always, for your wholly involved, funny, caring and perceptive comments. I appreciate them greatly.
Madbat
Surgery, side stories, and patreon mysteries, you have been busy behind the scenes!
LOL...poor Dan, but that's the best place for him...except that it kinda reminds me of Alien Infestation....
Rhanagaz
Wonderfull and funny panels, Rod! What to do with this poor guy just want to help?
WyckedPixy
Excellent panels and looking forward to see what's next! I hope all goes well with your upcoming surgeries! Great idea about setting up a Patreon, be sure to let us all know when you set it up!
KatesFriend
Good to see that Ed (of Robocop fame) is still getting work. He still seems to screw up though. OCP should just go for a full redesign.
RodS
LOL - I think the alien engineers saw that movie and decided they needed their own ED209....
adorety
Too funny Rod! That's one way to keep him safe. I wonder how long it will last
HADCANCER
The gals on the side of the robot when it appears look like they are display models on : "The Price is Right"...smile giggle
