My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

It seems to do that from about 9 AM to 5:30 PM. Then it engages warp drive on the weekends. And evenings. Then back to standing still.... Not for much longer...
A wonderful photo, Tara!

I don't know why your ebots haven't gotten to me on time, this week; but normally I'd look in your gallery regardless. But this week I've been crazed and didn't look, which is rare for me. (I think I figured you wouldn't be posting, because you're visiting friends.) But, I'm here, and I love the watch, an old Hamilton pocket watch, a kind that's rare today. Your shot doesn't apologize for the wear and tear, or the imperfections of the glass: We see the watch in all its aged glory (as pocket watches should do) (they had lovely ornament, and lettering...). And I don't know what it's standing against, but the background sets off the watch-hues really well, esp with that blue section contrasting all the rust tones. And it's cropped to let the watch dominate...The image fits your waiting status...Hope you're having a great time, Tara, and will continue to on this trip. Everybody's always happy to see you here. Enjoy yourselves, you two! Enjoy your friends! A very sweet upload...
