My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Thanks, Tara! I like the old timey, nostalgic look of this shelf full of artifacts with that shaft of light running through it. Sounds like a museum I would enjoy visiting (with camera, of course)...

I have been to the museum five times. Each time they displayed newly cleaned artifacts. Thanks for sharing.

OHH! What a wonderful find in that museum. Love this shot with little hidden artifacts in amazing warm light and I love how the glasses give us wonderful reflections. You captured it all so masterfully, Tara. I absolutely adore this shot. And Happy Birthday to Claude :)

This is just wonderful, Tara! Even in the dark areas, you can still see detail - and the wonderful colors of the glass.... Just delicious.. I really need to get over there....

As a student of history I love this stuff. Thanks for the link. The recovered items look a s new as the day they went down.
