Description
This image I was inspired by an experience I had.
We were in Melbourne
on a family holiday 7 of us altogether.
To get around easily we were taking the tram everywhere.
Going back to the motel after our day out the tram was very packed Like sardines.
everyone was a little on edge .
Then this guy started to sing Over the rainbow and everyone joined in ...We all forgot the uncomfortable situation we were all in And if you can imagine what it must have sounded like to to the people outside as we headed down Collins street ♡‿♡

So lovely and cute :) ! I am seeing a lot of renders with guitars nowadays. But yes, I have experienced it many time in my childhood on train journeys.

I'm only back for a day, Dee, so I can only do a few images this time, but I've watched all your work (and of course loved it), and I'll do more the next time, which will be longer. I'm choosing randomly because I have a lot to say on everything you've posted, so choosing isn't easy...
This is a joyous image. I do know how songs can suddenly unify people. In this image, there are only the three of you, but they stand for everyone. And I love the kids, you always portray children with so much individual character. I love how the brother is kind of a 'backrest' for his sister, and I love his gleeful singing. (And the cartoon figure on his shirt.) And his sister holding her guitar like it has a 'secret'. I love their details, incl their hair. She's great on the amp too, her legs barely reaching the middle. (I played with guitarists---I was a pianist---and know those amps well!) The mother has a great out-reaching posture, and she sings to the sky. Love the color of her guitar, and how well you handled her clothes---and those big pink beads on her neck and earrings. Beautiful feeling, the bright pink seats behind her are great, and the city in the background feels miles away with such an open interior. You worked the city in really well. Terrific piece, and so typical of your work.
