Description

Bus stop! YAY! We’re now at the bus stop, looking into town, waiting for a yellow “cattle car”. Green buses are town buses. All buses run on natural gas (no, not from the bus driver!). Hence a long flat hump on the roof of each bus. There are several sources of natural gas that have been developed. The draw back is the motor gets quite hot and can cause burned tubing. I experienced that last fall. There was no reserve bus, and a 1 hour walk to work. That wasn't popular, being so late! This photo is from a good while ago, hence no sun and a bit dark (8:05 AM, February 1, 2012). Enjoy! Sitting at a picnic table, taking a load off your feet! :-)

This has such a wonderful early-morning feel. Not that I'm a morning person, actually. But a wonderful atmosphere in any case! Ah.... So you didn't miss the bus - it was just the wrong color! LOL
