Description

PLEASE LOOK AT THIS FORUM POST FROM KRISTI: https://www.renderosity.com/mod/forumpro/?thread_id=2913462&page_number=1#msg4306051 There is a website stealing our work and selling it. They have a page for some of my work, as well as Bill's, and I found other familiar names there as well. (That probably means YOU, so go look.) Do a search on your Renderosity name (ie auntietk) and see if your work is there. Warn your friends. Thanks! ____________________________________________________________________________________ Staunton, Virginia April, 2017 Staunton is a gold mine of architectural detail. I had a great time when we were there! We've been busy with logistics and repairs and whatnot the last several days, but we seem to have gotten things straightened out now. The trailer (caravan) needs a little repair work and maintenance, which is always a hassle. I like my little routines, and something like that throws me off my stride and makes me feel a bit unbalanced. Aside from that, all is well. Today is the seventh anniversary of the day Bill arrived in Washington State with the dog and we moved in together. Our wedding anniversary isn't until September, but we always celebrate May 25th because it was a milestone in our relationship, and because it's fun to have things to celebrate! We had a nice dinner out and reminisced about some of the good times we've had. For those of you have known us all that time, I bet it doesn't seem like it's been seven years, does it? It certainly doesn't seem like it to us. Time has just flown by! We congratulate each other on our good choices often. :)

Congratulations to you both - hope you enjoy many more years together! I checked out the site you mentioned & I have to say that I'm a little insulted that my photographs weren't deemed worthy of stealing...

Congratulations you two! How much fun.
I also checked and my photos do not seem to have been worth stealing either. :) Thanks for the warning.

That time flew by! I found one of mine, but also one from Flickr of someone else's where i had made a comment and the photographer used my name in a reply. What cheek!

So good to congratulate each other regularly, and I'm very pleased about your happiness. With all my heart I'm so very glad for you, and WOW seven is a very special number, sure, dear friends! By the way, a great eyecatcher in your picture, and what I find stoneware is the name of this upload. It could be the title of a poem, or of a song. Haha, maybe I'll make a Dutch poem with this title, so thank you, dear Tara for your inspiration.

Great shot, Tara. Congratulations on seven years of happiness.

Didn't see anything of mine at PayPoster. I remember someone at DeviantArt warning of that theft site. Was warned of possible phishing, so I didn't linger long. Those running PayPoster are bastards, for lack of a nicer word.

7 years..... Ye gods, where does the time go? And what a cool shot, Tara!

Mike told me about that site... Wish we could send them a nice gift - one that goes bang! I heard it was based in the Ukraine, so it might be a challenge to do anything effective against it. I'm posting everything at 72 DPI going forward, so at least they can't make a decent print of any size...

First of all, congratulations on the happiness you and Bill have found. Unfortunately its becoming a rare commodity these days. And wishing you two many more years of love and laughter (and travel). Second, Kristi posted an update and it appears the photos have been removed. And finally, a very interesting image. Its as if that window was opened just to draw in some of that beautiful blue sky.
