Helpful suggestions: Horizon seems unusally close - be sure there's a border of open water between edge of land and the edge of the map when rendering horizon shots. Tweaking the haze can also help hide this. Reflection of the sun on the water - great in the distance, but rather large in the foreground. Turn down "reflection spread" on the water tab. I notice that some of your renders appear a bit cramped. Pull up your landscape window and click on the "xxxx metres" button under the map. Here you can change your terrain size to 513x513 or 1025x1025. Bigger terrains tend to look better and more detailed. One more hint: If you tinker with the WaterWorks plugin "sortasurf", you can get a sea foam effect: Set a Breaking depth of 50, then try setting Frothiness to zero and lower the Surf Density. Another thing I do sometimes is turn off the land and render just the sky. Then I invert the cloud image and merge it with the original image to produce a reflection of the clouds on the water.
