For your many contemporary instincts, you also have a real knack for 40's scenes (1940's)...I mean, this woman is very modern, but her pose, and the way the men in the background stop to stare at her, reminds me of the model-shots of the 30s and 40's. She has that "i'm all I need to be happy" look, free and easy and looking up at the sun. Love the choice of her blues, and that obliterating light on her blouse. And a real collection of guys back there, with some great grunge on the windows, and a mix of characters. A French scene, and you have a blue tint to your grays, so everything harmonizes with the blatant blues of the woman. (She stands out because of all the light on her.) And the guy on the left 'front' of the car is a great looking character. Delightful.
