Description
At the tenth gate of Duat, the pharaoh and the gods must once again battle Apophis (Apep) in the darknesss. The Book of Overthrowing Apep mentions several ways of combating the demon, including
Taking a Lance to Smite Apep
Fettering Apep
Taking a Knife to Smite Apep
Putting Fire Upon Apep
Here the Queen is joined by Wadjet, patron of Lower Egypt and one of the protectors of the pharaoh, Anubis the guide of the souls and Horus defender of the truth.
