The sharply defined eagle looks highly determined in this tribute to the LAPD.

The combo of the eagle and the badge---which appears to be behind it---makes a fascinating juxtaposition, like a collage. Esp with the beige hues of the eagle, compared to that deep glowing blue in the badge. (Fine light in those blues!) Almost like night-lights on a street. This must be a striking wall.
